Questions
Does it work with Airbnb and Booking.com at the same time?
Yes. Both offer a calendar link, and so does Vrbo. Bookings from several platforms land in one plan, and overlaps are flagged.
Do I have to change my booking platform?
No. NordClean works next to what you already use.
My cleaners only use WhatsApp. Is that a problem?
They need no app and no account. The job arrives as a link by email and opens on their phone. We'll agree in the call how your team prefers to get it.
What does it cost?
That depends on how many properties and cleaners you have. After the call you get an exact offer, before you commit to anything.
Which of my guests' data does NordClean see?
The calendar link holds stay dates and a booking reference, no names and no payment details. NordClean stores only what it needs to plan the cleaning.
